I've earned a B.A. in English - Technical Communications from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire and an M.A. in Book and Digital Media Studies from Leiden University. 

I have more than a decade of professional writing experience. I have worked for companies like Medtronic, UnitedHealth Group, Wells Fargo and Target Corporation. I now enjoy the flexibility of freelance writing and working with a variety of large and small businesses, as well as individuals.
